Treatment process

Personal training sessions are typically delivered by a qualified personal trainer who carries out an individual assessment of the client and then creates a tailored training program. Sessions can take place in a gym, outdoors or even online. The trainer guides the client through the training, monitors progress, corrects exercise execution and adjusts the program if necessary.

Booking and costs

To book an appointment for your physiotherapy, you have two options. You can do this easily via our booking tool on our website under the “Physiotherapy general” option. Alternatively, you can also call us directly to make an appointment.

Please note that the costs of physiotherapy prescribed by a doctor are usually covered by your health or accident insurance. If you come to us without a doctor's referral, self-pay prices are CHF 85 for a 30-minute treatment.
